Over the 18 years that we have been in business, we've developed a unique, 3-step design process that puts our customers in control and allows them to fully visualize the outcome of their remodeling project.

1. Inspect your home and discuss your needs

During the initial consultation, our remodeling consultant will thoroughly measure your existing floor plan and discuss possible options for your remodeling goals. He or she will listen to the project items that are important to you, explain the many benefits that Baybrook Remodelers Inc. has to offer, and answer any questions that you may have.

2. Design a color-accurate 3D computer model of your project

We will generate an accurate 3D computer model of your project and then invite you to visit our offices to show you what the outcome of your project will be. During this visit, you will be able to manipulate this model to make any adjustments that you would like and we will show you examples of similar projects that we have completed.

3. We provide you with an exact price quote, not an estimate

During this final consultation of the design phase, our remodeling consultant will explain the completed project plans and will show you examples of the quality products that we will use to complete your project. We will also review a written document that details your project's plan and specifications. Finally, we will provide you with an exact quote -- never an estimate or "ballpark" figure. During this visit we also review possible financing options for your project.
