Piece of mind that delivers results

At Baybrook Remodelers, we pride ourselves on having satisfied customers who not only become repeat clients, but also refer us to family and friends. Excellent craftsmanship is only part of the reason why this happens time and time again. The 3-Step Building Process at Baybrook Remodelers is a big part of the equation. This process assures our clients the outcome of their project is what they envisioned.

During the first step, we discover and discuss your needs. During this time, our goal is to fully understand what the finished product should be. A member of our design team will measure and photograph the areas that will be included in the project. A Baybrook Remodelers salesperson will also explain our Blanket of Protection. This includes going over our credentials so you can be assured you are getting top notch work from each and every member of the Baybrook Remodelers’ team.

The second step involves coming to our office to meet with a designer and see the project plan on the computer. Visualizing the plan on the computer through 3-D imagery will help determine the functional and aesthetic aspects of the project. During this time you will work with a designer to determine the pros and cons of the plan. Extra design meetings may also be scheduled if necessary.

The third step of the building process involves finalizing your project plans. Our designer will go over the final drawings and any other details. We will show you examples of the types of high-quality products you may consider using for your project. A member of the Baybrook Remodelers team will also review the scope of work to be performed. This will give you an exact idea of what the project entails and what it will take to complete it. This includes an exact quote. You will never get just an estimate or “ballpark” figure.

Once the terms are agreed upon, you will be on your way to completing that dream remodeling project for your home or business. The 3-Step Building Process at Baybrook Remodelers gives you a piece of mind that will result in what your envisioned. Call our office in West Haven or Fairfield to schedule an appointment today!
